In a highly competitive market, Microsoft’s Partner-Led Sales program needed a strategic edge to unlock new revenue opportunities. Tasked with driving growth, I spearheaded the use of advanced data analytics to identify actionable insights and optimize sales performance. By analyzing sales trends, partner engagement metrics, and customer behaviors, I built a comprehensive analytics framework that highlighted untapped opportunities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I translated these insights into tailored strategies for partner sales teams, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. The analytics-driven approach enabled better decision-making, allowing sales teams to target high-value opportunities and refine their outreach. The result was transformative: 18% increase in partner-led sales, showcasing the power of data-driven strategies. Strengthened Microsoft’s position as a trusted partner for businesses worldwide. This project reflects my ability to combine technical expertise with strategic vision, leveraging data to deliver measurable business outcomes. Transforming customer support for Microsoft Partner Led Sales

Streamlined Microsoft Partner-Led Sales with automation tools, managing 2,000+ daily customer queries and enhancing efficiency

At Microsoft, I was entrusted with the challenge of improving customer support for the Partner-Led Sales program—a vital initiative that handles high volumes of daily queries from customers across the globe. The existing manual processes were resource-intensive, time-consuming, and prone to delays, hindering efficiency and partner satisfaction. To address this, I led the design and implementation of automation tools that could handle over 2,000 daily queries. By identifying key bottlenecks in query resolution and leveraging intelligent workflows, I created a scalable solution that drastically reduced response times and freed up resources for higher-value interactions. Collaboration was key to success. I partnered with engineering teams to integrate automation seamlessly into the existing systems, ensuring minimal disruption. I also worked closely with the support and partner teams to refine workflows, aligning the tool’s capabilities with real-world requirements. The results were transformative: Enabled seamless management of 2,000+ daily queries, improving operational efficiency. Reduced response times significantly, leading to enhanced partner satisfaction and stronger customer relationships. This project exemplifies my ability to combine strategic vision with technical implementation, driving impactful results in customer and partner experience. By optimizing Microsoft’s Partner-Led Sales support system, I laid the foundation for scalable growth and operational excellence.

Windows Mobile Developer Campaigns

Catalyzed the creation of 1,308 Windows mobile apps by designing creative campaigns and hosting 24 developer-focused events.

As Microsoft sought to expand its Windows mobile ecosystem, I was tasked with energizing the developer community and fostering app creation for the platform. The challenge was to position Windows as an attractive opportunity for developers in a competitive market dominated by established ecosystems. I crafted creative campaigns that showcased the platform’s potential, combining storytelling, hands-on resources, and developer-friendly incentives. These campaigns were brought to life through 24 immersive events tailored for developers, providing the tools, mentorship, and inspiration needed to turn ideas into functional apps. Collaboration was at the core of this initiative. I worked closely with marketing, engineering, and design teams to ensure every event delivered value and aligned with broader platform goals. By leveraging feedback loops, I continuously refined the campaigns to address developer pain points and amplify engagement. Key Outcomes: Drove the creation of 1,308 new Windows mobile apps, significantly enhancing the ecosystem’s depth and utility. Built lasting relationships with the developer community, strengthening Microsoft’s brand as a collaborative partner. This project highlights my ability to blend creativity and strategy, mobilize communities, and deliver impactful results in highly competitive environments. It was a testament to how well-executed campaigns can inspire innovation and foster growth.
